This highly visible role is perfect for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, front‑of‑house setting and knows how to set the tone for exceptional service. As the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees, you’ll be responsible for delivering an unforgettable welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your focus will be on leading by example, coaching the team daily, and maintaining impeccable service standards.
