**About the new role -**

Kaisertech are looking for a full time Purchasing Executive at its Eastleigh office to join a fast growing ambitious team that values collaboration in achieving our goals.

The role will require the ability to establish positive relationships and professional credibility, building networks with our suppliers quickly and effectively and communicating well with all departments within Kaisertech.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Continually check shortfall for products that need ordering with any of the 50+ suppliers we trade with
- Accurately check Order Acknowledgements and update Sage accordingly
- Maintaining and tracking progress of orders and ensuring on time delivery
- Identifying and escalating issues relating to products that become discontinued or unavailable
- Maintain a daily back order report for the sales team
- Update system with correct pricing and supplier information where discrepancies become apparent, working with Marketing to keep website up to date.
- Managing and reviewing minimum/maximum stock levels with the authorisation of Senior Management
- Oversee/arrange shipments of goods via carriers & couriers both Domestically and Internationally
- Generate supplier performance reports to monitor lead time accuracy and general day to day service
- Liaising with the warehouse team with upcoming shipments and any delivery issues that may occur
- Negotiate pricing and/or sourcing new suppliers
- Analyse internal purchasing procedures and suggest improvements
- Managing and overseeing general queries related to product and pricing
- To complete day to day administrative tasks related to the role
- Forecasting Stock requirements

**Essential skills -**
- 2-3 years minimum in a purchasing role
- GCSE grades at C or above in Maths and English
- Experience with Purchase Order Processing
- Experience working with Sage200 is desirable
- A customer focused approach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Sound commercial and negotiation skills
- Driven and determined to continually strive for improvement
- Resilience to deal with suppliers and build trusting relationships
- Be comfortable challenging suppliers on adherence to improve discounts and pricing
- MS Office at an intermediate level in Excel and Outlook
