**Salary CIRCA £50,000-£60,000 per annum**

Our client based in York / Essex are currently recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager a Permanent basis. You will be a critical part of the Project Delivery Team utilising a multitude of Project Management principles and methodologies includingPrince 2 and Agile, projects will be focused on Business Change, Transformation and Delivery of new technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own a portfolio of Change and successful management of End-to-End Project delivery within a Change and Transformation function.
- Management of 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
- Implementation of governance frameworks within a variety of organisations
- Identification of business benefits, project planning, risk and issue mitigation. Define and manage resource plans.
- Track project milestones and manage project interdependencies
- Support the planning of the project portfolio through project definition, re-scoping, and management of concurrent projects

**Experience Required**
- Experience of having managed multiple large-scale projects over a minimum of five years including management of UAT, technology deployment and BAU handover.
- Experience of matrix management and project interdependencies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in the delivery of projects with complex multistage deliverables across multiple areas with business wide impacts
- Experience of working within a customer centric environment is essential.
- Experience of working withing Financial Services or Insurance would be desirable.
