**Defence & PILS Project Administrator**
**Full-Time, Permanent**
**Westhill - Aberdeenshire**

JFD is the world leading underwater capability provider, serving the commercial and defence markets with innovative diving, submarine and hyperbaric rescue, technical solutions and services.

In this role, you will support the Defence & PILS Project team in the day-to-day management of a key contract with one of our long-term defence clients. This is an interesting and varied role where you will be able to get involved in key areas such as project support, general administration and scheduling.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Liaising with Clients & Staff on a daily basis and providing updates
- Processing of Repairs/Warranty Sales Order & Work Order
- Preparation on Service Repairs Work Pack for Workshop
- Ensuring the ATR is up-to-date at all times
- Run Various Reports on a weekly basis (work / sales order dates, shortages)
- Scheduling / Planning of Service Work
- Pricing Repair Work (cost collation), prepare quotations for jobs and manage job file system
- Invoicing of Repair Work to Clients
- Attend weekly meetings with Defence & PILS Project Manager and Clients
- Shipping of equipment
- Organise outside processing for projects within the Defence Products & PILS department
- Processing transmittals of PLM documentation

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in an administration, project or document control support role. You must also have good communication skills, be able to effectively multi-task and deliver to deadlines. You will need to be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project and it would also be highly beneficial if you have an understanding of ERP and PDM systems.
