We have a current opportunity for a Student MIS Data & Compliance Officer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Surrey.

In this important role you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and completeness of college data returns and related funding claims. You will develop and maintain data integrity procedures including the management of validation and exception reports, reporting this regularly to management.

Working closely with the MIS and Client Services Manager you will be responsible for the day to day administration of apprenticeship data held within the College's student records systems, prepare timely submissions of error free data returns and prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. You will also provide monitoring reports, training and advice to College curriculum management teams to support and improve the quality of delivery.
- An advanced knowledge/experience of data handling and data entry
- Minimum English and Maths GCSE or Equivalent
- Experience of using a student records system such as EBS/Unit-e/PICS
- A basic understanding of current UK funding methodology
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills in in order to liaise with our partners and clients
- Intermediate IT skills knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
