Working Student

As our
Working Student - Global Portfolio Management (m/f/d)
, you will report directly to the Senior Director Global Portfolio Management, and assist with a variety of financial and operational responsibilities covering the end-to-end asset cycle.

What you will do

• Checking the database elements and the data for consistency
• Preparation of pre-defined monthly reporting package to the shareholder and creating reports on an ad-hoc basis
• Compilation of data from various systems (SAP, Salesforce, internal Excel reports) based on ad hoc requests
• Engaging various departments for collating and confirming facts related to NTT GDC EMEA data center assets
• Set-up and manage internal calls and meetings, produce minutes, actions and follow-up on stakeholders
• Support of Portfolio Management team and assistance with:
• Analysis and data collection per operational assets
• Preparation of rent rolls per asset
• Comparison of stabilized operational assets through NTT GDC EMEA data center
• Performance presentations & reporting for NTT and other relevant stakeholders
• Providing relevant market insight and overseeing business plan execution
• Work closely with the finance team and other relevant asset/project stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of cash flow projections / performance and progress reporting as well as capital plan oversight
• Working with the Global Portfolio Management (where applicable) to support ongoing strategic partnerships, joint ventures and due diligence processes

What we are looking for

• Currently studying a relevant Bachelor or Master related in either economics or mechanical or electrical field
• Preferable understanding of basic accounting principles or acquaintance with P&L and Balance Sheet
• Competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• English fluent required; additional languages are a distinct advantage
