**Title**:Skilled Operator**:

- We are now looking for a Skilled Operator to join the production team at our Ellesmere Port site working on a 24/7 shift pattern.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- operating and maintaining the production equipment, following operating procedures and operating a chemical process to ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 standards.
- providing planned and unplanned maintenance support
- carrying out in-process adjustments and repairing pneumatic and mechanical equipment
- assisting in production operations as required so a flexible approach to team working will be key to your success.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- A mechanical or electrical qualification, ideally apprentice trained with post qualification experience in an industrial (preferably chemical) environment.
- A good level of computer literacy
- Previous experience of maintenance management systems, SAP would be an advantage.
- Counterbalance Fork Lift License, MEWPS and PASMA certification
- Siemens hardware/programme experience and/or PLC/SCADA experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand P&ID
