An exciting opportunity has arisen at Vauxhall Motors Press Shop (Stellantis)in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Located just off junction 6/7 of the M53, Vauxhall Motors is a well-established car manufacturer in the area and is looking to expand its Stamping Unit.

We are currently looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance worker.

The positions will be for a minimum of 9 months fixed term contract.

The role will be on fixed weekend shift for 37.5 hrs per week.

**The main responsibilities and role requirements are as follows**:

- Reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns.
- Performing planned maintenance tasks.
- Support the production teams during production runs.
- Systematic problem solving for repetitive issues/faults.
- A sound knowledge of Press Line operation & associated equipment is advantageous
- Multiskilled
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC and devices advantageous
- Fanuc Robot, Programming & set-up advantageous
- Understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits advantageous
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of self-motivation and tenacity

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £19.10-£21.23 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
