Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port and around Merseyside. You will be working on a full-time Permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,025 plus the opportunity to earn On Target Earnings, Company Van, Fuel Card Plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Operative role are**:
Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
Repair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes
Repair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windows
Repair/ renew timber and UPVC window frames
Reglaze timber fencing and gates
Multi trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other construction trades including Plastering

**What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Operative**:
Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner/Plasterer and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plastering trade discipline. Experience of working within a social housing environment (desirable). A current driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
