This role is for a Construction Site Management Electrical (degree) (Level 6) apprenticeship

Duties
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Learning and Training: Participate in on-the-job training alongside classroom instruction to develop knowledge in construction management practices.
- Site Management: Help oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution. Additionally, attend meetings and Morning Briefings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including reports on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health

Essential Requirements

BTEC HND/HNC in Construction or Built Environment: Merit profile - or Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship (an interview might be required to assess the applicant’s suitability for the apprenticeship).
- A minimum of level 5 in English and Maths GCSEs.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in construction management

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: From £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
