This role is for a Electrical Construction Site Supervisor Apprentice (Level 4)

Duties

This role is based on a construction site in London and is open to residents from Wandsworth.

**Job Description**:

- Site Supervision: Assist in managing site operations and supervising teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Learning and Training: Participate in training programmes that include both practical and theoretical components related to site supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Communication: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to coordinate work activities and resolve any issues. Additionally, attend meetings and Morning Briefings.
- Health and Safety: Promote and enforce health and safety practices on site, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Record Keeping: Document site progress, including daily reports on labour, materials, and project timelines.
- Problem Solving: Help identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:
Essential Requirements

1. Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation

2. ECS card

3. NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services 18th Edition

Applicants must meet the academic entry requirements of the course and hold one of the below:

- A Levels - BCC to BBB
- International Baccalaureate - 104 to 120 UCAS Tariff points from the IB
- BTEC Extended Diploma - DMM to DDM
- BTEC Diploma - D*D to D*D*
- Access - 104 to 120 UCAS Tariff points from the Access course

In addition to the above, it is a requirement that all applicants can demonstrate competency at a Level 2 standard in English and maths.

Good leadership and team management skills, Effective communication and negotiation abilities, Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset, Enthusiasm for a career in construction site management.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: From £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
