We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and energetic Customer Care Representative

If you want to work in a fast paced office and are not scared of resolving lots of Customer Disputes and going the extra mile to solve customer problems then this is the role for you

Your new role
- Resolution of all customer matters or general queries efficiently and effectively and in line with Company timescales
- Maintains customer contact to deliver resolutions ensuring all records are up to date, accurate and accessible
- Monitors and provides solutions for feedback required

What you'll need to succeed in this Customer Care role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and passionate to provide exceptional customer care
- Excellent organisational and IT skills Proficient in customer care techniques
- Excellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to interpret customer requirements
- Able to remain calm in difficult and challenging circumstances
- Responsive to the needs of the customer and the organisations expectations
- Able to work on own initiative as well as embracing the team element

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer care: 3 years (required)
