We are offering access to an exciting career and an opportunity to join our team at Pioneer TEC. We are now expanding the service and recruiting for adults aged 21 and over who have, or are currently, positively involved with engaging, mentoring or caring for young people through youth work, sports, social groups or parenting.
Pioneer TEC provides residential accommodation, education and access to a wide range of exciting activities for young people aged 11 - 18 years old. All are provided from a unique, purpose built site based in Preston, Lancashire.
We provide full training, qualifications and an excellent pay structure for members of our team.
Team members typically work 24 or 48 hour shifts with rota patterns of either 1 ,day on 2 days off OR 2 days on, 4 days off. This provides staff with some flexibility, allowing time to have a second job or to enjoy your family life.
Starting pay from £ 250 per day up to £ 350 per day. _(Rates dependent on experience and qualifications)_

**Education**:

- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred)
