We are looking for Support Workers to work for an established North West child care provider for one of their Learning Disabilities homes in Lancaster which currently supports 5 Young People. The service supports Young People with Learning Difficulties.

There will also be an opportunity to undertake your NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People as part of the position.

**Location**:Freckleton, Lancashire

**Salary**

£528 Per week

Shifts

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

The service provides a structured, stimulating environment in which all young people, including those with special educational needs, are valued, included and supported to reach their full potential. We are aware that every child is unique and all children develop at a different rate and have differing needs as they grow and meet the challenges of life outside the home.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Support Worker experience
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- DBS on update service although we can facilitate this on your behalf
- Right to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £500.00-£530.00 per week
