We are looking for a positive and engaging Sales Administrator to be the point of contact for a selection of our client accounts. As a Sales Administrator you will provide customers with quotations, assist with queries and promote products from our IT services division.

**As the Sales Administrator, you will**:
- Be the single point of contact for UK and global services requests.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships that enhance and promote sales.
- Support internal and external customers with, quotations, processing purchase orders and administrative tasks.
- Identify sales opportunities
- Assist and manage the renewals business
- Liaise with the GSO team for pipeline reviews, success and challenges, pipeline generation, and changes to the services portfolio.
- Enhance the reputation of Exclusive Networks' services internally and to customers
- Provide knowledge and value to our customers
- Understand and communicate the services culture and dynamics
**The ideal Sales Administrator will**:
- Be keen to progress, work to targets and KPI’s geared towards a high level of accuracy and turnaround time.
- Be responsive and efficient with excellent communication skills, and have a good telephone manner
- Have strong attention to detail with the ability to develop product knowledge in a timely manner
- Be commercially aware, with strong problem solving skills, and ability to identifying a client’s needs
- Confident developing strong relationships both internally and externally
- Be motivated with a positive and customer service approach and desire to work to and surpass targets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Knowledge of IT Industry and our vendors would be advantageous
