Aramark Northern Europe is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Finance Administrator to join the team at Alton Towers. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our Management Accountant on site and you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the team on a full time Monday to Friday basis.

Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education. We are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- As Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the contract and site leadership teams through:

- Regular reporting, spot checks, raising invoices (system and manual) and ensuring all data and documentation is relevant and accurate
- Assessing and communicating backups and invoice discrepancies whilst ensuring prompt payment of invoices within terms
- Processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, chasing invoices and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting with month end, period end and relevant sales reporting
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Ensuring paperwork is up to date, signed appropriately and filed accordingly
- Ad hoc projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- Strong levels of numeracy and written skills
- Previous experience in a similar administration focussed role with exposure to administration, reconciliation and data entry in a fast paced operationally led business
- IT literate with capability to use systems proficiently
- A strong communicator with strong attention to detail and a true team player
