Senior HR Consultant

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant role within our growing HR Consultancy Division, working within our Third Sector Team.

You will provide expert and complex HR advice and guidance whilst using excellent interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships that strengthen and grow existing and new accounts. Understanding and anticipating Clients needs and challenges in a range of HR matters, you may support on managing and delivering Redundancy; Disciplinary, Performance Management; Capability, Absence Management and Grievances, as well as acting as first point of contact for your clients on a range of Employment Law and best practice HR matters.

You will work with a range of clients, some of who have a HR provision, looking for strategic support to those clients who have no HR provision and will require coaching and guiding through employee relations matters.

You should have demonstrable experience of managing complex TUPE, redundancy and restructure projects

To join our enthusiastic and friendly team, we are looking for an individual who has:

- Practical experience of a wide-ranging HR activities at a Senior Consultant or HRBP Level
- Employment Law knowledge, as well as solid HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of HR policies and procedures, relating to disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, absence management, family friendly, statutory rights
- Experience of coaching and negotiation
- Experience of managing a variety of complex concurrent ER processes and dynamic workload, while continually prioritising work based on risk
- Experience of calculating accurately volume figures and understand, calculate and interpret Statutory and Contractual redundancy, holiday entitlement etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent approach to staying organized and being able to prioritise your client’s needs, as well as meeting deadlines
- Good commercial knowledge, a pragmatic approach and ideally knowledge of the 3rd sector
- Willingness to travel of clients sites across the South East on occasion

**The Package**

This role attracts a salary of **£37,464 - £44,075 **per annum (dependent on experience) and an attractive company benefits package.
