**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Join a friendly and supportive claims handling team
- Review and assess incoming claims for completeness and accuracy
- Process claims by entering data into the system
- Communicate with clients to gather additional info or clarify details
- Maintain organized records of all processed claims and correspondence
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare reports on claim status and performance for management
- Credit hire experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
**Skills**
- Strong IT skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Proficient in using software related to claims processing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the claims process.
- Multi-lingual skills would be an advantage particularly in Urdu, Punjabi and Bengali.
Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
