As the **Customer Service Manager,** you will be joining a company who pride themselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both humans and pooches. If you think you can complement a fast-paced environment and are a natural doglover, then you could be exactly what they are looking for The **Customer Service Manager** will report directly to the MD and Founder, and your primary responsibilities will be to: - Be the key point of contact between franchise business partners across the UK and Company Head Office - Support franchise partners on key areas of the business namely: business development plans, new Creche openings, new service launches, marketing, social media, recruitment and staff training. - Assist with Franchisee Induction Training including systems, dog behaviour, working with a pack, office procedures and day to day processes. - Project manage and where required be present for Grand Openings - Assist with day-to-day queries, particularly the "unique" elements that this entrepreneurial business produces. - Achieve harmonious working relations between franchisees and head office - Regularly review and advice franchise business partners on their performance and ensure compliance with the franchise agreement and animal legislation laws. - Business development across all services franchising, operating systems, and consulting. - Manage positive working relationships with franchisees and their teams. - Support and Service functions for Suffolk Canine Creche including salary processing and recruitment handling. - Hosting monthly puppy events - Developing and handling strategic alliances i.e., vets - Implementing new ideas, services, and processes You must be: - Able to work flexibly across the week as some weeks will require working over the weekend (for induction training, grand openings, and Puppy events). Usually the position will be Monday - Friday - Strong understanding of best practice and a personal goal to achieve high standards of excellence - Ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail - Fabulous interpersonal skills, able to prove that you can build relationships at all levels and influence franchise partners - Strong commercial and analytical skills - Marketing knowledge, experience beneficial - Competent with all social media platforms - Thrive on assisting others, a go the extra mile attitude - A willingness to learn - A proven track record of reliability, attendance, and impeccable references This is a full-time position offering the following salary package: - Basic Salary between £22,000 and £30,000 per annum (very much dependent upon overall experience and level of capability) - Profit related annual bonus - Dedication bonus (annual) - 5.6 weeks holiday per annum - Dog care package worth over £8000 - Uniform - Other wellness and perks such as company paid days out i.e., Crufts, breakfast and snack bar etc - date CV as soon as possible. **Please note: It is desirable to have your own transport** as we are not located on a public transport route.
