**About The Role**:
**Service **Administrator (UKE)**

Nisbets Group has an great opportunity for a Service Administrator. As our Service Administrator, you will be key to ensuring our customers receive a best-in-class service by taking ownership for allocated accounts. You will get to work with a very collaborative and supportive team, who really do live and breath the true meaning of teamwork, where everyone pulls together to get things done. We would love to hear from existing Service Administrator looking for a new challenge, or someone who has a strong customer service background with good technical problem solving skills.

Your standard working week is 38.75 hours, 8,30 - 5.30. To ensure you are set up for success, we are happy to discuss consider a hybrid working pattern after a period of training.

**What will I be doing as Service **Administrator**?**
- Overseeing the day-to-day service calls and liaising with customers and engineers.
- Utilising service management software including Asolvi, Service Centre and Outlook.
- Manage a set of allocated accounts to ensure each job runs smoothly and provide swift resolution of issues
- You will be the main point of contact for your accounts, as well as the engineers attending the calls, providing ETA's and updates as necessary.

**What are we looking for in a Service Administrator?**
- Confident user of multiple systems and able to pick up new software quickly
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook
- Demonstrable customer service experience and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Good problem-solving and customer resolution skills
