Customer Advisor Tenancy

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Advisor (Tenancy) to work within our Customer Relations Team here at Thrive Homes This front-line role will provide a comprehensive service to our customers and be focused on the 'relationship' betweenthe customer, Thrive, our partners and stakeholders.

**The Opportunity**
- As a Home Plan Agent you will carry out home plan visits to complete inventories, monitor tenancies and the condition of the home
- Booking and monitoring the follow up of works and actions and to complete associated administration
- To Identify and escalate support requirements to the appropriate support channel e.g. sustainment and intervention
- Be able to manage the ‘relationship' between Thrive and our customers focusing on managing expectations, behaviours and adherence to contractual / tenancy obligations
- Carrying out estate inspections to check cleaning, grounds maintenance, identify repairs and hazards such as fly tipping or bulky waste
- Collaborating and supporting across the team and business to ensure resolution of issues are achieved
- You will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior managerThis front-line role will provide a comprehensive service to our customers and be focused on the 'relationship' between the customer, Thrive,our partners and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C to include Maths & English
- Full Driving Licence and use of a vehicle
- Great customer service skills
- Have an understanding of tenancy management and the ability to identify repairs
- Experience of delivering services to a diverse customer base
- Good administration and IT skills
- Be able to easily engage with our customers and a variety of people from all levels within the business
- Be flexible and self-motivated
- Have excellent attention to detail, be able to work on your own initiative and to strict deadlines
- Have the ability to carefully plan your work, ensuring you follow through to provide an excellent level of customer service
