**Trainee Estate Agent - Sales or Lettings - First Year £35k-£45k OTE**

No property experience? No problem We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a Trainee Estate Agent.

**Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent**:

- Registering applicants and managing inquiries.
- Speaking with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Building strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Keeping vendors and landlords updated.
- Generating and negotiating offers.
- Managing the deal through to completion and handing over keys to new homeowners.
