Duties of the Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
*qualify applicants carefully
*conduct property viewings
*negotiate offers
*provide exceptional feedback and service to clients

Package for the Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
5 day working week
£20,000 to £23,000 basic depending on experience
£70,000+ OTE (current top sales negotiators earning £120k+)
Pooled commission paid on office banking, tiered depending on individual contribution to banking
Excellent perks including uncapped annual leave
