Customer Service Administrator

Bibby Hygiene are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to work at our Head Office - Wallgate, Wigan. We specialise in Waste Management & Hygiene Services.
Duties include
- Day to day management of customer accounts
- Working closely with the sales department to take on account management from day accounts go live
- Arranging for additions and cancelations by customer request
- Ensuring price lists are up to date
- Management of subcontractors, including additions and cancelations
- Dealing with customer queries and any Ad hoc requests
- Instructing drivers, managing routes through an iPad
- Checking delivery notes and job sheets for mistakes and for extra billing
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Answering the phone in a confident and professional manner
What is required
- Customer service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- A good team player
- Able to multitask during busy periods
- Confident Personality
- Experience in dealing with customer complaints
- Confident user of computer software
- Able to manage workloads effectively

Hours of Work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Fridays 8.30am to 4.00pm
