**The Role**:
We are looking for Casual Meetings and Events Stewards to play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our internal events, providing security duties on events days to support the Operation & Venue Team.

**Your day-to-day**
***:

- **Crowd Management**: deal with all aspects of crowd control and crowd safety from last mile to ingress to circulation through to egress and dispersal, ensuring the safe entry and exit of guests and preventing unauthorised entry into the stadium
- **Safety and Security**: manage, monitor and control the safety of all event guests including exit gates, lifts and staircases
- **Conflict Management**: ensure you are adept at handling conflict and managing queues in a calm and professional manner
- **Customer Service**:provide an excellent level of customer service for all guests and clients in attendance, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- **Incident Reporting**:ensure any incidents at the event are reported accurately to the event coordinator

***What we are looking for**
***:

- **Qualifications**:you will have an existing Level 2 Qualification in Spectator Safety. Ideally, you will also have your SIA: Door Supervision License
- **Teamwork**:you are an effective communicator, more than willing to collaborate and support the members of your team at internal events to drive success and offer exceptional safety, security, and customer service
- **Excellent Communication**:you will have the ability to clearly communicate with members of your stewarding team alongside providing a positive experience for all clients and guests in a fast-paced event environment
- **Committed**:you will be prepared to work in all weather conditions
- **Flexibility**:you will have availability to work evenings, weekdays and weekends
