We are recruiting for a Part Time Meetings and Events Waiter/ ess to join our Meetings & Events Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. Please note that this role is available on a part time basis.
- Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the M & E Operations Team at The May Fair Hotel.As a Meetings and Events Waiter you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth service for the event / tables you are allocated to.
- You will ensure that guests are service quickly and efficiently and that if serving a banquet, plats are laid down elegantly in front of guests.
- You will ensure the private functions are et up professionally and that all food is presented as per brand standards.
- You will ensure that tables are cleared promptly for the next course if applicable and that the tables you are responsible for are kept tidy.
- You will listen to any feedback or complaints received from guests and pass this on to the relevant person.-
- About You:Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations ideally within a fast paced environment.Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- An impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
- Understands the value of teamwork and works well with others.-
