What is Steward?Steward aims to transform the Compliance tech stack from a fragmented array of tools and spreadsheets into an AI-first operating system relying on a single source of truth. By doing so, we help make investing easier, faster and magical ✨The starting point on this journey begins with the core building block of Compliance - the Customer. Every Customer goes through an onboarding experience where they must submit documents and data to be accepted by an investment firm.Some firms can take up to 6 months to complete this process, causing severe friction. Steward solves this problem by building a connected and seamless onboarding experience by leveraging AI and smart workflows.You’re joining at the ground floor as a core part of our founding team, helping shape not just the product but the company itself. You won’t just build with us, you’ll grow with us. What will you do?Act as my right-hand (wo)man Be a core part of the client operations function - providing customer support, project managing implementations and championing customer success.Become a subject matter expert, helping identify opportunities to improve the product, and carrying out quality assurance on new releases.Support me on sales and marketing objectives, including events management, pipeline tracking, and blog writing. Identifying and implementing opportunities to solve client and internal problems with AI.What does a Steward "A-player" look like?Acts as an owner, not just an employee — shaping product, culture, and momentum.Uses AI as an operating system — to think, build, and solve faster.Gets shit done - always be executing.Obsesses over the customer — solving their problems is the job.Super intelligenceWhat have you done before?2+ years’ operational experience on the front lines Worked in financial services or a fast-growing tech businesses FinCrime/RegTech experience is a big plusWhat's on offerLearn: Work really close with the CEO & Co-Founder (2x Exited Operator).
