Wybone is a well-established, dynamic and innovative manufacturing company, specialising in street furniture, litter and recycling bins and clinical waste sackholders. Supplying into Local Authorities, the NHS and blue chip companies throughout the UK.
**About the Job**
A large part of your role will focus on our e-commerce website which is still very much an ongoing project. You will be heavily involved with every aspect of the site, focusing on SEO, content writing, and assist with UI and UX design. You’ll have ongoing support from our external web design company and have the opportunity to shape the way the website is presented and how our online presence represents our company ethos.
**The role will include**:
- Overall ecommerce management. You will oversee our ecommerce website, managing customer communications and executing lead gen campaigns to support our sales team. You will have the full support of our website development agency who can help you with building landing pages and managing the hundreds of products that we have listed. You will be responsible for SEO maintenance and content production, including regular blog updates, video and photography content, and writing new and engaging descriptions and guides for our audience.
- You will build close relationships with our sales team and our customers to enable you to produce detailed case studies.
- You will manage our social media platforms, responsible for planning and scheduling content and where possible, repurposing from blogs and other content.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of all marketing campaigns
- You will be responsible for the booking and management of our busy event schedule, which includes internal customer visits and external exhibitions throughout the year.
- Lifestyle and product photography
- General admin as required by the role, maintaining the photo library, printing website orders and logging them into our CRM system
**About You**
- You’ll ideally be degree educated in a marketing related qualification and have 3-5 year’s experience.
- You’ll be the social voice of Wybone so we need you to be creative and think of new ways to engage with our various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and offline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Creative and confident in using the full Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience of using a content management system such as WordPress is essential.
- Solid understanding of SEO practices.
- Photography skills are desirable as you will be required to take regular product photos.
- Quick, accurate, and understand the reasoning behind maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Highly motivated, determined, tenacious and persuasive, with excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Clear thinking with the ability to cope within a fast moving environment.
