**THE ROLE**

As the successful Director of CX you will lead and develop an established and successful CX team, with an emphasis on delivering revenue and margin growth through client development, people leadership skills, and excellent execution of the go-to-market strategy.As well as the following:

- Responsible for delivering against team P&L and delivering commercial growth by inspiring a growth mindset and creating an energetic, entrepreneurial, and empowered culture.
- Accountable for ensuring the UK CX Leadership team is equipped to resource, develop and manage the team.
- Lead annual planning and budgeting process, and quarterly re-forecasting, looking for areas of growth.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Involved in senior client relationships on key accounts
- Activate Marketing campaigns including product updates/launches, global thought leadership, as well as supporting the creation of local thought leadership
- Able to advise on design for more complex pitches/proposals for new and existing clients, leveraging CX expertise and insight

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be considered for the role of CX Director, you must have some of the following:

- Strong track record of developing commercial strategy and successful implementation of commercial plans that have driven business impact.
- Expertise in Customer Experience research, measurement, and/or consultancy, able to convey and position the value and impact of our solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Inspiring leader with outstanding communications skills.
- Strategic with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, yet maintain a strong focus on delivery and outcomes
- Experience in leading and developing a high-performing team of mixed functional expertise and delivering change and transformation as a result.
- Proven experience in leading and growing key client relationships: relationship management, stakeholder mapping, and engagement, account planning, commercial management.
