In this SEO Lead role, you will partner and align with the brand trading cells to advise on search engine optimisation improvements and best practice recommendations. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategy and recommendations for a targeted brand,aimed at improving our Organic Search visibility. Our team at N Brown has a wealth of experience and have a passion for mentoring and developing more junior members of the team. This is a great role for someone who is an experienced Search Engine OptimisationExecutive looking for the next step up
**Please note: this role will be a 9 month Fixed term contract**
**Your role as SEO Lead at N Brown**:
- Implements search engine optimisation strategy for targeted brands; across technical SEO and onsite optimisation
- Partner with Brand Trading Squads and provide advice, support - signposting or actioning as necessary
- Can support the development of an SEO performance forecast for their brand, based on the implementation of our strategy
- Can support the creation of a search engine optimisation plan and can implement recommendations to drive sessions and revenue
- Represents search engine optimisation in the trading cells and can advise and support on best practice recommendations
- Finds ways to improve processes and integrates with wider business stakeholders
- Works with our agency to drive best-in-class results
- Working with the broader team and agency to deliver our migration on to our new web platform
- Manages complex search engine optimisation cases and scenarios - escalating when needed
**What experience are we looking for?**:
- Knowledge and experience of managing search engine optimisation projects: best practice, technical SEO and site structure and keyword / audience mapping
- Experience of managing SEO on e-commerce websites is critical
- Knowledge of search engine optimisation development best practice standards, HTML/CSS
- Can complete hands on analysis using a variety of measurement tools, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Search Console, A Hrefs, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog
- Commercially focused and results driven
- Methodical and organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Is very proactive and can work using their own initiative
