Our hourly rate for this position is **£12.50 **per hour.

The day shift times are **8am - 8pm**

The night shift times are **8pm - 8am**

**This position is located in S18, Dronfield. A drivers license is crucial for this role.**

At Josh's Care Company, we are dedicated to equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become compliant in all areas of specialized care, from tracheostomy and ventilator management to postural and respiratory care, as well as PEG feeding.

Rest assured that you will be in the capable hands of our skilled and experienced nursing team at Josh's Care Company. Our nurses have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of nursing and care which will ensure that you receive the highest standard of training and support possible.

**About the role**:
In this position, your primary responsibility will involve providing care for an individual who has a spinal injury. This individual has been in hospital for quite some time, and their family have expressed their desire of his return home. He is fed through a peg at night and has a soft diet in the day, has a tracheostomy and requires assistance with bowel care. Moving and handling will also be part of his daily routine.

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of complex care being an added advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client's quality of life.

**To be considered for this position, you will need**:

- **To be able to work days, waking nights and alternate weekends**:

- **A current DBS (Paper or Update Service)**:

Our service user is a gentleman who has a keen interest in football, dogs and action films. Our service user has dogs of his own so staff mustn’t have a phobia of dogs.
