This is an exciting opportunity for a Garment Tech Assistant to join us on our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond by **supporting the garment tech team with product lifecycle from: design concept, risk assessment, fit process, and wearer trials, whilst growing your own product knowledge and experience.**

Your SB Journey:
- Supporting the Garment Technologists by planning for and attending fit sessions to ensure we provide our customers with high-quality and well-fitting product.
- Communicate with our supplier partners, Design, Product Development and Production teams to discuss technical solutions, testing, grading and critical path trackers.
- Maintaining technical workbooks, checking in and measuring samples.
- Ensure our Wearer Trial process, Style Guide information and Test reports are up-to-date.
- Own reporting on returns and reviews.
- Assist technologists on project work.
- Working towards owning and managing a product category from concept through to production.
- Assist QC in quality related issues and communicate with suppliers to highlight and resolve issues accordingly.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience
- An educational background in pattern cutting, clothing technology or production for example
- Passion for creating high-quality, well-fitting product
- Drive to develop into your role and own responsibility for certain product categories
- Understanding of grade rules, testing compliance and garment construction
- Ability to confidently use Microsoft office/excel, outlook and PLM system
