We are recruiting an experienced Performance & BI Manager for a North West Based Housing Association on both and Interim and potentially Permanent basis.
Paying to £48K plus excellent hybrid and flexible working, coupled with generous holidays and pension.
**The Job**
Managing a small team, theroles’ purpose is to develop, co-ordinate and manage the Business Intelligence function. Supporting the EMT and wider organisation to use meaningful insight to inform decision-making and improve services.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the development of the organisation’s performance framework
- Lead on developing the Data Strategy with Directors and Managers
- Ensure an accurate and robust data infrastructure is in place optimising automating data collection and analysis and providing excellent data governance/quality assurance
- Monitor performance against benchmarks and trends to provide insight and analysis that drives performance improvement initiatives
- Develop and enhance evolving technologies to improve the business intelligence solutions
**The Person**
- You will have extensive experience within business intelligence and the production of high-quality analytics. Proficient in the use of Excel, data interrogation and manipulation, and a knowledge of power BI would be an advantage
- You will be experienced in using research to influence and inform decision making and an understanding of the benefits to the business, and of undertaking research to positively influence policy design and or strategic direction
- You will be well versed in using technical solutions to manage business planning, performance, andbusiness intelligence
- You ideally will have Housing Sector experience and be used to working in a customer-facing environment, with strong people management skills. You will be a natural team player and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders of all levels across the organisation
