**About Our Client**:
Records Keeper - A small non-profit organisation.
- 12 month FTC, full-time hours
- £25,000 salary
- Fridays work from home, Monday - Thursday in the office
- Travel between 2 London and 1 Kent location on an ad-hoc basis
- Ideally you will have a driving licence and be comfortable driving in Central LDN
- This is a small team that includes 2 other employees along with the Founder in LDN, and a Records Keeper and Assistant in Kent.

The role provides excellent exposure to work closely with the Chair and Founder of the organisation.

Reporting to the Trust Manager, you will be part of a small, close-knit team that includes the Trust Manager, Administrator and the Founder (Chair) based in LDN, along with a Records Keeper and Assistant based in Kent.

Work closely with the Founder (Chair) to decide what archival documents will be added to the online 'Museum' and prepare them for entry, including writing any appropriate commentary to accompany the documents.

Documents are from the Founders personal and organisations history and could include, for example; photographs, reports, letters, meeting minutes to name a few.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- An interest in the Charity sector
- Excellent written skills for writing commentary
- An interest in archives and recording the history of organisations
- Must be a creative thinker and enjoy telling the story of documents
- Able to work in the office 4 days a week
- Able to travel between 2 LDN and 1 Kent location on an ad-hoc basis
- Ideally have a driving licence, car and comfortable to drive in Central LDN
