**Job introduction**:
We are looking to recruit a Direct Payment Officer to help carry out financial duties including monitoring of Community Care funds.

**About the role**:
The DP Officer will be required to monitor and reconcile service user accounts, set up service agreements, liaise with Care Managers, Social Workers, and outside support agency - Possability People.

Applicants must have:

- Experience in financial administration
- Experience in Adult Social Care
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Experience using Word and Excel
- Excellent letter writing skills and a confident telephone manner
- Able to manage workload within deadlines
- Able to work well within a team
- Able to operate computerised financial systems
