Role Overview
The Payment Services Administrator is a role within the Bupa Global Finance Operations team. The role has responsibility for processing BG payments. To investigate and resolve payment related enquiries
This is an exciting, busy role and an excellent opportunity to gain operational finance experience.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure all daily Pay run activities are completed accurately and within the required time frame. This includes management of online bank systems in order to effect payments.
- Ensure payments are approved as per the DOA. This includes planning to ensure approvers are identified.
- Ensure priority activities are completed first
- Ensure all payment enquiries are investigated and resolved. This includes escalations as directed by Line Manager/ Team Leader.
- Ensure all Failed, Rejected, and Stopped payments are remediated -Support our key stake holders with advice on all payment related enquiries and/or direct them supportively to the appropriate team/department. This includes communication via telephone.
- Ensure all bank reconciliation enquiries are accounted for prior to month end.
- Where required support other functions of Operational Finance
What you’ll bring:
- Proven numeracy and analytical skills and the drive to work with attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Experience of computerised systems and good keyboard skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
