Key Responsibilities:

- Order processing
- Update the data capture tool for asset management & contracts following completion of orders
- Raise cases
- To ensure orders and invoices are accurate and timely
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage the provisioning work-flow and implement new processes and efficiencies where possible
- 100% accuracy to be maintained
- Take on additional responsibilities & carry out any other reasonable job-related tasks as required
- Work daily with Purchase Orders and booking in procedures
- Answering incoming telephone calls to the Provisioning Team and wider business
- Sending out consignments and post

Specific Responsibilities:

- Purchasing of both Mobile and IT hardware
- Maintaining Supplier lists
- Booking in hardware
- Invoicing and invoice corrections
