Fish Brothers Toyota is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator (Fleet) to work closely with the Business Centre and wider team, ensuring Customer Experience is enhanced from point of order through to vehicle delivery. You will ensure internal and external SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are carefully managed whilst maximising any One Toyota opportunities.
**One Toyota Fleet** aims to deliver a one stop shop for all our Business Customers’ needs, via multiple channels to market. We maximise Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services.
**You will be responsible for the following**:
- Owning the everyday management of the Leaselink system ensuring timely updates, careful specification checks, accurate information, and full transparency with TGB and the Localisation partners
- Updating customers from point of order through to delivery using the ETA Toolkit to ensure that excellent Customer Experience is maintained throughout the process
- Utilising the Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform your conversations with customers whilst also updating details and adding activities as appropriate
- Progressing vehicles once they have arrived on site to ensure they are prepared to the exact specification of the customer in a timely manner
- Liaising with the aftersales and valeting departments to ensure vehicles are complete and in perfect condition ready for handover
- Taxing and invoicing vehicles
- Arranging handover and delivery of new vehicles at the place of the customer’s choosing, whilst ensuring the benefits of on-site handovers are explained and that customer experience is at the core of all arrangements
- Ordering vehicles on behalf of the One Toyota Business Centre team, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Taking down all relevant details from any Business enquiries received when the local One Toyota Business sales team are busy with other customers
- Looking for any efficiency or customer experience improvements that can be made and sharing these internally, and with the brand if successfully implemented locally
**Essential Criteria required**:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and to travel to training sessions.
**Qualifications and experience required**:
- Experience working within an administration or sales support function
- Customer handling experience with a customer 1st approach
- Previous Automotive experience preferable, but not essential
- Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A-Levels or an equivalent qualification
**Skills and behaviours needed**:
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail is key to this role
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Confidence and ability to talk to contacts internally and externally, at all levels
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills
- Fleet knowledge desirable but ability to learn the complexities quickly is essential
