Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator for an energy company based in the City Centre of Glasgow. As a Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the compliance team, this may include: supporting managers assessing supplier or participant compliance, identification of suspected fraud or error, implantation of audit programmes, risk management, or providing support on specific Assurance projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance programs and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including data privacy, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials related to compliance.
- Monitor and analyse regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Manage compliance reporting and documentation requirements.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and industry groups.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with working in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with compliance management systems and tools.
