Job Duties:
- Assist with company social media accounts
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, brand messages.
- Answering incoming calls
- Providing general office administration support
- Filing, scanning and photocopying
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and clutter free
- Meet and greet head office visitors and provide refreshments when required.
