I am currently working with a growing international business who have recently invested significantly into their IT Support & Development teams and require a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team and support their growing workforce.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team of Engineers and work on industry leading technology and progress in your IT career.

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be provided with internal training courses to get you up to speed with all the systems, have a training allowance for you to spend on any course you want in the IT Field and selected certifications paid for.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You will provide technical support to a large user base, utilising your exceptional troubleshoot + diagnosing ability to resolve technical issues
- Working in a team of 2nd Line Engineer, you will mentor and assist the 1st Line Engineers with any issues they cannot resolve and always be available to lend a hand
- Provide face to face and remote IT Support to end users, developing as a professional and technically as an IT Engineer to 3rd Line

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a 2nd Line Engineer, in an internal environment or in an MSP
- You will be confident in troubleshooting + diagnosing issues with a diverse user base
- Exposure to a range of technologies and systems, including:

- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory / Group Policy
- Windows Server + OS: Administration / Support
- VMWare / Hyper - V Experience
- Office 365 Administration + Support
- Networking: Troubleshoot Routers/Switches
- In this role you will be exposed / trained up on a variety of systems / software's and professionally develop
