An exciting opportunity has arisen within our International team here at Deeside as an **International Administrative Assistant**

**Objective**

Provide administrative support to the International department in achieving growth targets into new and existing markets.

**Key Accountabilities**

Support with.
- Back-office management, processing of orders and resolution of queries
- New customer onboarding process including maintenance of new business documents.
- Projects including research, planning and implementation.
- Updating of franchise partners supporting documents to implement cycle changeovers in line with Iceland calendar.
- Liaise with internal colleagues and suppliers to obtain additional product information and artworks to allow for in-market product registration.
- Arrange product samples and tastings when requested, co-ordinating with the relevant third parties.
- Maintain customer contact and information databases inc. Sharepoint sites.
- Co-ordinate labelling reworks with Iceland supply chain and external companies, providing all necessary details and reporting any non-conformities to relevant individuals.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing assistant and pricing analyst to maintain core customer price file.

**Skills/Knowledge/Experience**
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel desirable
- Strong communicator both verbally and written.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Commercial awareness
- Good attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and pace in managing their workload
- Proactive approach in dealing with problems and queries in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Team player
