**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Processing invoices and credit control
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks as required.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing documents and managing correspondence.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- A background in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with bookkeeping or financial administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong desire to learn and grow within the finance sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
