CookHouse Pub & Carvery is a community pub & restaurant in Rainhill with an excellent food and drink offering, and regular live music and events.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader/Duty Manager to assist management in the smooth day-to-day running of the pub, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of service delivery and professionalism. You should be a well presented, motivated and proactive individual who will encourage team spirit and effectively communicate company policy to team members.

Would have experience in a high-volume, fast paced hospitality environment.

Cellar management experience.

Previous experience working in a similar role.

Ability to lead a team from the front.

Ability to cope under pressure.

Flexible attitude to working hours.

Confident and welcoming personality.

Eye for detail.

Ambition to progress within the hospitality sector.

Full Time

£11.00 per hour
