Chums Retail Company are delighted to now have the opportunity within our Team to be on the search for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader/Team Manager. We’re not just a standard Contact Centre. Onsite we have our Warehouse Operations who you will work closely with, Product Buying Team, Marketing Team, Website Design Team, Market Place Team (Amazon/Ebay) and many more. **Job requirements of a Contact Centre Team Leader**:

- Leading, training and coaching a Team of OMNI Channel Sales Assistants
- Setting weekly and monthly support plans and objectives
- Improving team overall performance, engagement and wellbeing
- Analysing previous statistics and performance to enhance your customers and colleagues experience
- Conducting development sessions including 1-2-1’s, coaching, career progression and mentoring
- Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

**Job experience of a Contact Centre Team Leader**:

- Minimum 6-12 months in a similar Contact Centre Team Leader role
- Strong leadership skills and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - effective coaching skills; have the ability to build relationships & can motivate staff.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Prescot: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Team management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
