Your Responsibilities:

- Entering invoices on to our ERP system and matching them to the correct purchase orders
- Preparing invoices for payment, ensuring the correct delivery notes and authorisation has been obtained
- Reconciling supplier statements to their accounts
- Scan all invoices onto our ERP system
- Ensuring all supplier and internal invoice queries are investigated and resolved
- Monitor and action enquiries and queries received in the purchase ledger mailbox
- Review aged creditor balances to monitor unresolved queries
- Raise weekly payment runs for review
- Other adhoc admin duties as and when required
- Be a team player
