HICA is seeking to recruit a professional, motivated, and attentive individual to join our growing team in the position of Team Leader at The Lodge, our flagship residential service within Buckshaw Retirement Village.

The Lodge is made up of five separate nursing and residential communities centred around beautiful secure gardens and our Market Square that offers our residents access to a cinema, café, hairdressers, and activity hubs where a dedicated activities team host creative and dementia-friendly events.

This is a prime opportunity for someone who has previously worked at this level, or an experienced Care Worker seeking to take the next step in their career in care.

As part of our ongoing commitment to our staff, you will be automatically enrolled onto our dedicated _**Team Leader Development Programme **_to help you grow as a valued member of our supervisory team.

**Rate of pay: £11.00 p/h, rising to £11.30 p/h after 6 months.**

**Contracted hours: 42 hours p/w.**

With support from the Team Manager, the successful applicant will lead a team of carers within one of our communities, working closely with other departments to ensure the needs and wants of our residents are met to the highest standard. As our new Team Leader, will also be expected to administer medication in line with our clients’ individual needs as well as updating and maintaining care plans and documentation.
