Are you ready to take your overhead line expertise to the next level and shape the future of the industry?

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Overhead Linesperson** to become a **Distribution Overhead Instructor** a key figure in developing the next generation of skilled professionals who will keep the North West powered safely and reliably.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Designing and delivering engaging training programmes tailored to real-world scenarios.
- Conducting trade tests, authorisation interviews, and field assessments.
- Auditing live line teams and supporting policy development.
- Creating and updating training materials to reflect the latest safety rules and codes of practice. Supporting innovation and consulting on new equipment and techniques.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- ** LV Live Line experience** (essential); HV Live Line (short stick) highly desirable.
- ** Minimum C&G Level 2 qualification**.
- ENWL or DNO authorisation (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ENWL Codes of Practice, Safety Rules, and operational standards.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills. MEWP user ticket and full UK driving licence.
