As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you'll be supported to learn solid sales techniques and skills through lead generation activities. You'll work closely with theBusiness Development Managers and have the chance to gain experience in the end to end sales cycle selling a technology focused proposition to a wide range of clients including many recognised household names.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the Business Development Managers through carrying out a wide range of lead generation activities
- Pro-actively generate leads and opportunities utilising multiple channels to actively build your pipeline working towards KPIs
- Engage a range of client stakeholders including MD’s, Transport Managers, Commercial Directors, Procurement, etc to understand their needs and objectives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of AVB’s solutions and services and deliver our USP’s in a clear and concise way
- Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (revenue generation) and ethics (selling in the right way)
- Have fun and contribute to a positive team culture
