**Lettings Negotiator - London City Island, E14**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual wishing to learn the Estate Agency industry as an Apprentice with the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst working for a very successful and established business. We are searching for someone driven and enthusiastic to join our team

**How will the Apprenticeship work?**

Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is approximately 12 months.

The Level 2 Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career

You will also receive in-house training from experts in the field who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Lettings Apprentice at Johns&Co, you will be:

- Registering and Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties.
- Delivering a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Supporting Senior Negotiators by assisting them with scheduling property viewings, collecting keys or organising documentation.

- Willingness to learn and develop within the organisation

**Further Details**
- Positions available in various offices across East and West London
- Working Hours; Monday-Thursday 09:00-18:00 & Friday 09:00-17:00
